    Feeling totally naff atm. Tried to get back on track Monday after 2 weeks off for Christmas and failed miserably. Getting weighed Friday so going to restart properly then.

    Jumped on scales this morning and am sure I heard them shout at me to get off again!!!! Looks like I have put 9lb on over 3 weeks induldging. How crap am I:cry:.

    On a positive note, I quit smoking on 1st and am managing without the dreaded weed, although I am sooooo constipated and also due on any day soon.

    Feeling so fat (I know I am anyway) and feeling like a failure for not managing to resist but am going to stop beating myself up over it and get back on track after weigh in. Have already messaged my CDC and she is always so lovely and always positive, she is fab.

    Right, enough moaning self pity. Get my lardy arse in gear, get exercising (when Shred finally arrives) and get shifting the weight.

    Hey Charlie, Nice to hear from you and ((hugs)). I wouldn't beat yourself up too much Hun as I know a fair few of us around here indulged over Christmas and New Year - I went mental!! That 9lb gain will easily be gone in a week and it is difficult getting back on track, I had to have extra shakes every day to ease me along.

    Well done on giving up smoking though you should be chuffed. You can do this just think about getting into the 13's again. Good luck for Friday lovely xx

    You made me laugh aloud... do you have talking scales or are you a bit mental like me!?

    Good on you for quitting smoking and trying to quit while on a diet is a big challenge -- but it makes sense. It will probably prevent you from gaining the weight that most people do when they quit smoking.

    Well Done -- I am really going to have find out what all this "shred" business is.

    hey :) massive well done for giving up smoking , I gave up afew years ago after 30 a day for about 15 years and I ut 4 stone on .. so you are doing great :)
    as for putting a few lbs on .. I think most of us did .. i gained 18 lb:eek: but have been back on track for 4 days and lost 11lb of it already .. yours will be gone in a week :)

    I am getting abck on it today after christmas, as people have said new year new start!!

    I have also ordered the shred my came yesterday so today is my first day of doing it!1 I will let you kow how I get on!!! xx
