    Graciemai's Holiday Countdown Food Diary
    Hi all, it's now 14 weeks til my holiday and ideally I would like to lose at least 14lbs before I go. So I am putting myself at all your watchful eyes so you can tell me if I slip up and hopefully offer your thoughts. I'm going to try and update this as I eat it so I dont get convinient memory loss.

    So far:
    Breakfast: 200g Mango chunks, Banana, 1 Shape Fat Free Feel Fuller for Longer Yoghurt. (All Free foods, I'm not a breakfast eater so thats about all I can stomach). :)
    Lunch: Carrot & Coriander Soup - Free
    Bread Roll - HEX B
    Shape Fuller for Longer Yoghurt - Free
    Snack: Banana
    Dinner: Homemade Chilli - Free
    HEX A = Milk in Tea/Coffee
    Syns:
    Butter on Breadroll: 3syns
    4 Digestive Biscuits: 8syns
    Total syns: 11 syns

    You could do with eating a few more fruits and veg Hun! Also, what day are you on?

    I'm on Extra Easy.

    I'm not a fan of veg (I know I'm naughty!:break_diet:)

    I thought I was eating quite a bit of fruit, obviously not whoops! I shall try and step it up in future. I eaten lots more today :angeldevil:
