Hi,
just got home with some gorgeous looking Granola from Lizzies, organic toasted...
looked in my little SW book and there is no mention of this:jelous:
does that mean it is not a HEB? But needs to be syn ed? If so how many syns, does anyone know?
perhaps I have to take it back:sigh:

If it's not in the book / on the website listed as a Healthy Extra...then it's not a Healthy Extra.

You will need to Syn it, I'm afraid!

It doesn't seem to be on syns online, average fruit and nut muesli is 4 syns/25g though

You can count 1 Syn per every 20 calories as a rough guide. So, for example, if 25g is 80caories then it will be around 4 Syns.

Ahhh, syns it is then. Perhaps keep it as a treat once I lost some pounds..... :break_diet:
