I had my groceries delivered yesterday and mistakenly ordered Cathedral City light in the grated version.
How do I now work out how much I can have for an A or B choice if it is already grated ?

Yes but how much would I weigh - do I treat it the same as if it wasn't already grated ?

You just keep putting bits on the scale until it gets to 28g or whatever the weight is for your Healthy A.

Treat it exactly the same! Think of it this way for an example - a hi-fi bar still has the same number of syns or can still be used as a healthy extra if you break it up into lots of tiny little bits before you eat it! It's no different :)

I have them daily :) When I asked my daughter she gave me a look like I had lost the plot completely lol
Mind you, I am the person who would never tie a knot in the bags you use to weigh veggies in incase it weighed more lol

I prefer the wedge and to grate it fresh. I always find the pregrated bags always dry??
