Lyonsie Full Member 6 May 2012 #2 The only way I would made gravy is to roast your meat ( beef or chicken) while following the first two phases, keep the juices / de-glaze the roasting tin to get it all and add a teasp of cornflour to slightly thicken. Season to taste. Um Um Um.
