Great app!


For all you out there with smartphone / iPad there is a brill app called myfitnesspal. It's free and you enter your details, how much you want to lose a week then you put your food intake in as you eat. You also put in any excercise you do and it adds and subtracts your calorie intake so you can see if your on track to lose your weight. Brilliant!!!

Agreed! Fantastic database of food and lots of additional info such as protein and carbs rather than just calories and fat!
