Greedyguts Weightloss Diary

Ello :)

Thought i'd start a weightloss diary to keep me motivated!! I may take the scenic route to target but I'll get there eventually!!

I rejoined last Tuesday weighing in at a whopping 15 stone!! I am 5ft 6ins and a size 18.

By May 2012 I hope to be a size 12!! I understand hard work is required & I am willing.

My motivation is 2 get into my mam's 2 beautiful Coast dresses for 2 weddings next year!!

I am going to a lovely group in Bedlington run by the lovely Jackie!! The ppl are very friendly and it is a successful group. I hope to join in their success.

Had a good loss in my 1st week of 3.5 lbs!! I'm pleased with that!!

I hear of ppl losing 5-7 lbs but it doesn't dishearten me!! We're all made differently!!

I will take my measurements tmrw and keep a record of the inches I lose :)

Hope everyone is having a fab Tuesday!!! I know I am!!

Just tucking into Super Speed Soup and watching the latest episode of Dexter!! xxx

In my 2nd weigh in I lost 1/2 lb! I am shocked as I had a bad few days and haven't exercised very much. And since I got my implant taken out my star week comes when it pleases so that hasn't helped matters!!

This week I have nothing to stand in my way but myself so I will crack on!!

Total of 4lbs lost so aiming for 3lbs next week!! Lots of super speed foods will need to be consumed!!

Another 1/2lb off! Quite disappointed. It's slow to come off!! Guess I'll keep going :)

My recipe book will be coming next week for Christmas recipes so I will definitely be going back!!
