Greek yoghurt v Natural

Hey. I have a savoury recipe which calls for low fat greek yoghurt or creme fraiche. Alas, in my local Aldi all they had was fat free natural yoghurt - would this be an ok substitute do you think? It's for a chicken, bacon, mushroom and leek pie, and its just to stir in at the end, apparently!
