Hi guys all the way through my journey I have stuck to ee but fancy a bit of a change and wanna try green days. Have read through my book and think i understand the basics but can anyone give me any ideas on the meals they eat for breakfast lunch + dinner. Also any advice and tips greatfully received hope this works for me :)

Breakfasts, cereal and milk (although that's rare), toast and boiled egg, fruit and yogurt, omelettes?

Lunches I tend to have jackets and beans/salad, mugshots and salad/fruit, left over pasta dishes,

Dinners are usually pasta based or meat free products (sausages, burgers, quorn mince for cottage pies/bolognaises) or even chicken if I want to weigh it.

Love green days!

Exactly the same meals you might eat on EE to be honest. Either using meat/fish as a HEB, or substituting it with lentils, pulses, meat free alternatives, or veggies.

This week my evening meals are mostly all from bbcgoodfood.com

Gnocchi and tomato bake
Chickpea, tomato and spinach curry
Mushroom and spinach risotto
Creamy ham, leek and mushroom spaghetti
Blue cheese gnocchi
Sweet potato tortilla with feta cheese
Aubergine lasagne (slimmingeats.com)
Courgette and ricotta cannelloni

Thanks for the replies how about superfree on green days how important is it.
My planned menu for today is
B - 2 egg cheese omelette, spaghetti
L - fruit salad, ww yogurt, Weetabix minis
D- cottage cheese + lettuce sandwich or pitta, cucumber toms and Beetroot on side

Not sure on Syns yet probably options and hi fi light this evening
Any snacks will be superfree
How does this look
