jacket potato with cheese and coleslaw, to make the coleslaw you need

    green cabbage
    onion
    carrot
    apple
and i use extra light mayo as 6tblsp is only 3 sins and makes it tasty.

Potato wedges, fried egg and ham or bacon!

Put potatoes in microwave for 4 mins on high to soften them, meanwhile spray a tray with fry light, once 4 mins is done take potatoes out and cut into wedge shapes - spread out on tray and spray again with fry light over the top put in over gas mark 8 for 30 mins (sometimes longer or shorter depending on overn) - half way through cooking take them out and give them a shuffle around and then spray with fry light again and a bit of salt and pepper.
Make the fried egg with fry light
And 2 slices of ham make up your last healthy extra.

    Lovely!
