Green day dinners? Quorn ideas/products

I'm looking for ideas for green day dinners at the moment its been pasta n sauce!

What do others have for this meal? also are there any quorn products that are free or low in syns?

Yesterday I made Hugh's veg book North African stew,chickpeas, peppers,carrots,passata,onions,garlic,lentils served with quinoa cooked with chicken stock and garlic. Just look at the list of free foods/ superfree foods and google recipes. Or search on here. There's endless recipes and no need to live on packet rubbish
