Green Day Food Diary

    So today is my first day and I'm struggling to understand it all. This is what I have had today -

    Breakfast - Porridge made with water and cinnamon
    Lunch - egg mayo with lettuce grated carrot on wholemeal & a banana
    Tea - 2 eggs poached, baked beans, oven cooked chips (found the recipe on SW website) brown sauce
    one cup of tea, no sugar, with skimmed milk
    Diet lemonade
    loads of water
    I know I haven't had everything I'm meant to but as I only started today I don't have much in!
    Does this sound ok (ish) so far?
