what foods can I eat on a green sw day plz ?

We might have one or two members knocking about who are still doing the old green plan that can help...in the mean time have a look at the old threads below as thet have plenty of information.

I have never done the green plan but I do have the old book and in it...

Standard cottage 100g is 2 Syns
Low fat/virtually fat free flavoured 100g 1/2 Syn
Low fat/ virtually fat free ...Free

Jacket Potato with Baked Beans - Free now and was free on Green days.
Pasta and Sauce - Were free on Green days if made with milk from HexA allowance. Now, some of them are Syns, so I don't know if they've changed the recipe. Chicken and Mushroom is fine using allowance milk now, and Tomato and Herb is free.
Savoury Rice - Were free on Green days. Now, some of them are Syns. The Mild Curry version is still free.

There's actually a load of Slimming World meals that are free on Extra Easy at Iceland, but as far as they relate to working on the old Green day principle I couldn't say.

Years ago (MANY years ago!!!) all tinned macaroni cheese used to be free on Green days. When it was stopped, we were told by the consultant at that time that they'd removed it because it was convenient. Make of that what you will. But I'd imagine it's changed so much now that it probably has a lot more calories than it used to contain.

Tinned ravioli was free on green, as was spaghetti in tomato sauce.
