Green Days

Hey guys! I'v been doing slimming world for the last two months and stuck to original days - had quite a naughty weekend nd had put 1lb on wen i weighed on my own scales, i did a green day yesterday and today nd the scales say iv put on 2 now!! i weigh in tmoz officially - just wondering if anyone else has problems with weight gain doing green days when they are used to doing the original ones?

If I do too many green days each week then I tend to either maintain or gain, I usually have 2 or 3 green days & the rest I have as original - not sure if that helps you at all
I cant really comment as Im vegetarian which means green every day but just bear in mind our weight can fluctuate like crazy so Id take no notice of what the scales say today, jsut go by your SW weigh in & see how it goes :) Always worth giving different eating plans a go if you can as they work so different from one person to the next.
Weighing yourself everyday is not a good idea, your weight can fluctuate as much as 5lbs during the day! It can make you think you have gained, which could then give you a bit of a s*d it attitude and eat the wrong things, when in actual fact come to your proper weigh in day you would have lost!
Stick to your official weigh in day and I'm sure you'll see a loss if you've been on plan 100%.
