Green days..

    Hey :)

    I've had a few diaries around here but I recently was following sw as I was pregnant, unfortunately I miscarried so here I am, 1 stone heavier.
    Hoping to get it off fairly soon


    extra easy (was green until nandos)

    A-Milk
    B- 2 Alpen lights



    Breakfast-

    2 Alpen lights, grapes and coffee


    Lunch-

    2 boiled eggs, half a tin of beans and a slice of toast.
    ( I've just moved and have no fridge or freezer :O)


    Dinner-

    Nandos :eek:

    Butterfly chicken
    Spicy rice
    Salad
    Cheesecake :O:O:O


    Syns- 24/70

    Oh sorry to hear you miscarried, it's a horrible position to be in I miscarried last Feb. ny advice would be take time to grieve, don't be hard on yourself. I found my weight loss was a bit flower afterwards but can't really say why it just seemed to happen. Good luck on your journey

    Cheese and broccoli pasts n sauce, made up with water
    Banana
    Strawberries


    Dairy milk biscuit thing (9)


    Dinner-

    Half a pouch of Uncle bens Chinese style rice (1.5)
    2 boiled eggs

    Ergh I just can't seem to do sw anymore.. I feel restricted in what I can have, I want nuts, cheese and full fat yogurts. I also have no fridge etc yet so need to rely on ready meals etc.
    I'm gonna do ww as I have all the books here.


    Ok... I'm back lol.
    I know sw works, I lost enough on it last time! Just need to stick to the first week and stop changing. Xx

    B- 35g Dorset simply delicious muesli


    Breakfast-

    35g muesli with milk

    2 eggs, scrambled with mushrooms


    Lunch-

    Uncle bens spicy pilau rice (4 syns. Couldn't find the exact syns for this but most seem to be between 1-4 syns)

    Apple
    Banana


    Dinner-





    Lots of peppermint tea
    Red wine (8)


    Syns- 12
