Slimming World Green Food Diary.

Start Date: Mon' 22nd March 2010.

Goals: Get to size 10-12, around 154lbs, feel happy with my body and get married in June 2012 in Fiji.

Target: 154lbs

Day 1 (22.3.2010)

Breakfast: 28g Bran Flakes x 2 (2 x HEXB), 250ml SS Milk (HEXA)
Snack: Muller Light Toffee, 13 x Mikado (6.5 SYNS)

Lunch: Pasta, Plum Toms, Cucumber, Lettuce, Philli Light 28g (2SYNS), Mikado x 10 (5 SYNS)

Dinner: SW Chips, Chips Shop Curry Sauce (100 Comfort Foods book), Mushy Peas.

Total Syns: 13.5

Water: 3 x Green Tea, 1 x water

Exercise: Walk 4mi, 65min

Day 2 (23.3.2010)

Breakfast: 2 x Nimble Wholemeal (HEXB), 3/4can Asda Spaghetti.

Snack: 12 x Mini Eggs (9 SYNS)

Lunch: Asda Wholemeal Pitta (HEXB), 28g Cheddar (HEXA),Toms, Cucumber, Lettuce, mixed beans

Dinner: Creamy Pasta Bake: (100 Comfort Foods book): Pasta, Courgettes,Red Pepper, Yellow Pepper, Red Onion, Garlic, Chopped Toms, Herbs, V.low Fat Fromage Frais.

Total Syns: Ended up going over syns today as Mum + Sister came over to celebrate our engagement! Had a few extra bits.

Day 3 (24.3.2010)

Breakfast: 28g Bran Flakes (HEXB), 250ml SS Milk (HEXA), cup of tea.

Snacks: Muller light Vanilla, grapes, satsuma.

Lunch: Pitta, Asda Wholemeal, (HEXB) Toms, lettuce, cucumber, pepper,grapes 28g Philli Light (2 SYNS)

Dinner:Peas, baby carrots, SW chips, Pasta'n'sauce Broc + Cheese

Total Syns:
7 (extra 0.5 possibly if pasta n sauce isn't free, can't remember! Either way I have Syns left) Used last of syns on Mikado mmm!

Water: lots

Exercise: 15min Fitness Test + 15min Fat Burn Workout (using "My Shape" on Wii). About 2.5hrs walking, I'm worn out!

Breakfast: 2 x Nimble Wholemeal (HEXB), Tinned spaghetti.

Lunch: Pasta, Passata, Toms, Courgette, Red onion, Garlic, Mushroom. 14g cheese (1/2 HEXA). Whispa (? Syns)

Dinner: Asda Wholemeal Pitta (HEXB), 14g Cheese (1/2 HEXA), SW Chips, Pitta filling: Toms, red onion, mixed beans, grated carrot, chilli.

Total Syns:

Water: 1.5L

Exercise: 2x 30min walks.

As far as Im aware Hun..cheerios have never been a HeB, but I checked on line this morning to make sure and they definitely arent in the list now.

I would also recommend synning your food before you eat it as you could be mistaken with the values and going over your amount for the day.
Also, you dont seem to eat a great deal - from the days that you have filled in..make sure that you fill up on all the free foods, otherwise the plan wont work as well for you.

Good luck and have a look around at the other food diaries when you get the chance to give you some ideas.

Oops, I'm sure it's on the list I downloaded off the SW website last year... but saying that I don't think they actually update the downloads sections often so it could be well out of date. Oh well! lol I'm sure it won't hurt today as it's still a lot less calories etc etc than i have been eating!

I would have checked syns sooner but I have a vomiting/pooping toddler to deal with, haven't had time until now! :eek:

Also, I'm filling this diary out as I go so yes it's pretty empty at the mo! xx
