Green Days Green Plan- need help and advice please

Started Slimming work 11 days ago, started at 12 stones, 8 and a half stones.

only lost 1.5 pounds in my first week. is this normal?

I know I had a few syns more then I should have but really stuck to the plan otherwise, healthy a's and b's and even with syns, maybe I had about 10 syns more then I should have for the week. unless im calculating wrong.

Im a vegetarian, and quite fussy with food. only seem to like potatoes, pasta and eggs lol and I don't want to get sick of them by eating them everyday.

n I like desserts.......any ideas? could reall use the support. and im just about learning to figure out how to use this website as well.

there is no normal - you lost 1½lbs and thats great because any loss is a step in the right direction. I would say though that it would pay to make an effort to overcome your fussiness because boredom will be your enemy the further you get into your weight loss journey. You also need to keep challenging your body by changing things around so variety is really important. And there are so many free foods on the green plan - all the foods we should be eating as part of a healthy balanced vegetarian diet, which is just as important as losing weight :)
