green salad does avacado count??

Hi im on step 3 just wondering whether avacado counts as green.salad.as.i.know.its high in oil.but good.oil

Hey Kerry... I don't know for sure but my gut feel would be no as it's just so high in fat (even good fats make you pile on the pounds).... I'm not even sure it's considered a veg to be honest! X
