I had green Tea yesterday and I felt so sick for hours after , that now I just can't do another , I have had a few but this time I had to leave well alone , anyone eles feel like this when they have drank this ?

I read that and it said by 4 % , then I thought , for 4 % i'll take a rain check lol

Ms JMC - I am the same. I had some green tea the other day and felt really nauseous afterwards but I wasn't aware of the boosting the metabolism by 4%. Might give it another go...!

I think the % needs to be greater for me to carry on with it lol , yes , wonder why it made me feel sick for a while after , eww .
