are we allowed to drink green tea on atkins? the giving up caffeine is going to kill me, i'm not a fan of decaff. i do like green tea however. i can't think of a reason we couldn't have it but thought i'd better check...

All teas contain natural caffeine's love, that is those made from tea leaves do, not the herbal ones. :)

well whatever it is that i'm drinking, it's not perking me up, so the levels of caffeine must be miniscule if there at all...

I must say I ignore the no caffeine rule! I bought soya milk so that I'd stop using up so many carbs on semi-skimmed, but I just won't do without my (caffeinated) English Breakfast tea! :D
