I'm a firm believer that it helps me with my weight loss, I dont have it with milk, don't think your ment too. Give green tea a go, just put the tea bag in the cup add boiling water leave for a minute or so take tea bag out and top up with a bit of cold. Taste takes a bit of getting used to but I now leave the tea bag in for 5 minutes or more and like it really strong!

I drink a cup or two of green tea almost everyday (sometimes every other day). I'm not sure if it helps with weight loss, but it helps my skin and cellulite also decreases.
It's full of antioxidants, decreasing some types of cancer and cardiovascular diseases.

Plus, I don't drink coffe because of the high levels of caffeine. Green tea has caffeine too but in lower levels;)

I drink it plain.
