Step 1 Sole Source + Green tea

    Hi there, starting sole source+ today for the 2nd time. Did really well the first time but came off the plan sooner than I'd planned due to some personal probs. Ready to give it another go and feel really focused! Only problem for me is I love having a hot a drink, but don't like black coffee. I love green tea, and was wondering if anyone knew If it was ok to drink this whilst doing sole source+? Also, if any other sugar free fruit teas are allowed? Thanks :)

    Any bagged tea is fine according to 2014 guidelines, so go for it and enjoy.

    Fruit tea has citric acid though which throws people out of ketotis....peppermint is ok, I'd imagine green is too... Just not fruit tea
