Green Tea??

    As I'm a newbie and started today on the 810 (week prep before SS). Just two questions I have...

    Can I drink Green Tea.. drink it normally, but was wondering if it is allowed?

    Also, I was wondering for my "meal" can I have say a weight watchers soup, it's 86 cals, 6g Carbs & 1.5g fat....

    I don't have any chicken or such in, I have the veg... so should I just have lots of veggies? Or maybe even just have a tetra?

    Green tea is OK (without lemon) - if you use sweetners, go for the tablet types rather than the granulated.
    Not sure about soup as I'm on SS so I'm not adding food but it seems fairly low in carbs so maybe OK??
    Someone will give you more info soon

    I am not a cdc and also on ss but many foods dissallowed are disallowed because of salt content as well as carbs.
