The CD booklet lists recommended green veg. Salads, spinach, broccoli, cauli and cabbage.etc.
    But why no peas.
I am doing roast dinner now and have peas cooked for the family. Can't i just have them, or do i have to cook spinach for me.????

Peas are a member of the lugume family and are too high in carbs :(

Spinach is lovely though! Enjoy :)
