Greening it all the way!!

    Hi All
    I've been milling around for ages, so it's now time for my own thread.
    I don't have a massive amount of weight to lose i know, but i was 12stone a couple of years ago. With a very unhealthy lack of eating and a bit of heartache thrown in, i got down to 7.5 stone, but recently i've put back on 1.5 stone. i need to do something about this now. I remember vividly getting on the scales 2 years ago and seeing the dial hit 12 stone and thinking 'How on earth did that happen???'. It seems strange that i didn't notice, but it felt like a bolt out of the blue, and i don't want to wake up one day and suddenly have to face the realisation that it's happened again.
    I've never had a particularly healthy relationship with food, but it's time for a change.
    I'll be doing Green days 'cause i'm a pescatarian, though i rarely eat fish so when i do, i'll syn it. Plus i love my carbs, so it'll suit me fine.
    I'll be having 2 HexA's & 2 HexB's everyday, and 50 syns per week, which works out at just over 7 a day.
    So here goes.....Day 1 and 9 stone!

    Breakfast
    2x Slices of Nimble Bread Toasted HexB
    Tinned Spaghetti

    Lunch
    Bachelor's Tomato Pasta Pot (Won't be having this again, it was sooo bland!!!)
    Wholemeal Roll HexB
    Cherry Toms, Blueberries & Clementine
    Vanilla & Choc sprinkles mullerlight (Love these!!)

    Dinner
    Jacket Potato with Beans & 42g half fat cheddar HexA
    Salad leaves & Cucumber

    Snacks
    Quavers: 4.5 Syns
    Quorn Savoury Bite 2.5 Syns

    Milk in tea: HexA

    Total Syns: 7
    Weekly Syns 7/50

    Please feel free to point out if i'm doing/calculating anything wrong!!

    Roast Yellow pepper, red onion & courgette with Cous Cous & Garlic (Yum!!)

    Weekly Syns 9.5/50

    Was goign to have more syns but i'm really full so i'll save them for tomorrow

    Good day today, but i'm resetting my syns back to 50 today as i've decided my weigh in will be on a Friday

    Day 3
    Breakfast
    42g Bran Flakes HexB
    Skimmed Milk HexA

    Lunch
    2x Slices Nimble Bread HexB

    3x Quorn Chicken Slices, Salad Leaves & Cucumber
    2x Clementines & Cherry Toms

    Vanilla Muller Light

    Dinner
    Quorn Spag Bol - Delish, and used some fresh oregano from the garden, Yummy

    1.5 Syns for the Tomato Puree
    42 Low fat cheese - HexA


    Snacks
    Quorn Savoury Bite 2.5 Syns
    Options Hot Choc 2 Syns

    Total Syns: 6
    Weekly Syns: 6/50

    I've also discovered a talent for list writing (see pic).....i'm getting very regimented about this already!
