Greetings from day 6

    Well i've almost completed a week on Exante, going week so far so thought it was time to say hello! Been getting lots of inspiration over last few days on here. My short term goal is holiday in July, long term want to get healthy to increase chances of starting a family. Good luck to everyone.

    Cheers. So far i've found it fairly easy to get into, think I've well and truly kicked into ketosis today as had to turn the heating up, but hopefully that will go towards a good loss when I weigh in on Monday. How are managing with the two Dolly?

    I am finding it good.

    Just had my first week so the real test will be week 2 & onwards.

    As long as I can lose at least 1lb a week then I will be happy with that.

    Back on track today after having a wee fat day yesterday.

    Mixed my shakes with alpro hazelnut milk this morning as trying to cut out dairy & it was soooooooooooooooo nice.

    I tried the almond and hazelnut milk a few months ago, really liked them. Here's to a successful next few weeks!

    Well I went to tesco & sainsburys this morning for my hazelnut milk & they had none.

    Managed to get the almond milk in so will try that today.

    Looking forward to it.
