Hi all,

Just come on to say hi as I start my massive journey back to healthiness.

Over the years I have let myself balloon from excessive wrong foods and alcohol intake. I have watched a girl at work lose 6 stone on Slimming World and I have decided to follow her lead.

My goal is to lose 13 stone (182lb) and get back to running half marathons like I used to 20 years ago.

It will be a long game, but not impossible to get there.

I started a weight loss diary to help keep track of what I am eating and just to put down how I am generally feeling about my diet.

You might find a diary will be useful to you as you progress on your weight loss journey.
