Hi everyone,
I'm Shell and I'm 34.
My goal is 4stone loss, at the moment, I've joined the Gym and currently doing BodyPump and Spin Class once a week and looking to do daily sessions in the gym inbetween.
I'm on a 1400 cal allowance but so far I'm not keeping to it very well so looking to retry Slimming World diet again since I lost 12lb in 8 weeks.

Any encouragement or advice would be very much appreciated and hopefully will benefit a lot from this forum.

Hi again Shell, I know with that low calorie level I wouldn't be able for any exercise at all
