Just a quick question - if someone could help me I would be grateful.
I follow red/green days from home, and have done since January this year.
Does anyone know how many syns Greggs - Fajita Chicken Pasta contains?
(For what it’s worth I’ve checked my book at home, and it states 4 syns – I just need to know if this is a green day? I would imagine eating this item on a red day would contain a lot of syns?
Appreciate anyone’s help on this as I am popping over there for dinner, I’m on a green day today – and 4 syns sounds too good to be true.
