Grr wanna eat!!

Had my exante shakes and a LC meal at 4pm, still felt hungry so ate more chicken. I still wanna eat now but it is head hunger. Gonna drink some tea and hope it passes.
right listen you: you are NOT hungry not after the amount of chicken you have had! Your brain just wants you to eat for the sake of it like you have always done before but your brain really needs to understand that things are different now and you are becoming the person you want to be and NOTHING and NOBODY is gonna stand in your way, so build a bridge and get over it!:p

There just gave myself a good talking to.;)

If you're hungry, it's usually because you need to eat. Clearly the shakes aren't giving you enough of particular nutrients that you need so your body is making you hungry to top it up. Find good sources of food to keep yourself topped up, fruit and the like. If you can't satiate your hunger, the diet you're on isn't working for you so you should probably change it from the sounds of what you're saying. We're all different and we all need different levels of nutrients so an off the shelf diet is always gonna work differently in each case.

Hi, thanks for your message. I understand where you're coming from but it is not genuine hunger I am feeling, it's my body adjusting to less carbs and trying to get me to eat more food and sugar in particular as I really wanted to rip into the muffins and shortcake biccies lol.

I'm using Exante soups, shakes and bars which are nutritionally complete so with my 3 a day and a low carb meal I'm sorted.:) I am just so pleased I am able to stick to a plan as I usually sabotage myself within 48 hours!:D

My god I was starving late last night, didn't give in tho and munch out was close tho!

Yeah I do exercise, I'm upto 25 mins a day on my exercise bike on weekdays. Also do a few weights monday wednesday and friday and go for a few walks also.

Just copy and pasted this, as someone asked me last week :)

went Spain and stayed with a friend of the family for 3 months what was great as they have a pool and was in there and no takeaways around the area she lives really. Come back and bought a exercise bike and some weights.

Food wise since getting back from Spain at the start of july I have still been having chippy once a week as a treat if I lose 3 or more pound, but as of this week I have cut it to every other week. Breakfast I have weetabix, then around 11am have a yougart, then 1ish have a sani and 2 bags of crisps originally then to one bag, and from last week alternate days from sani and crisps to a bowl of soup. then a banana at 4ish then a main meal at 6ish either stir fry, spagbol, veg dinner, salad and jacket, tuna, then 4 crackers abit later, and also drink at least 3 litres of water a day.
