Do the tablets work in the same way as the tea? I have started having a couple a day...along with Milk Thistle and Pancreatin.
Anyone know anything about the way GT works? I know i could Google it but i don't want to stray from the forum.

    Green Tea!

We don't drink green tea for the weight loss properties, we drink green tea because it is nice to drink as an alternative to coffee.

I tend to think that the claims for green tea and weight loss are a bit far-fetched.

oh duh of course. I had never heard of it for weight loss anyway. I know its high in antioxidants which is supposed to be good for all kinds of reasons though. I have tried it a few times but find it very bitter
