I joined WW on the pro points plan last night. Went to my first meeting & got all the paperwork etc. When i got home i logged on to the online site & started figuring out what to do!

I was weighed in at 17stone 11lbs so i've been allocated 39 points per day.

Todays been the first day of the plan and i think i've done ok so far (aside from the bacon buttie :ashamed0005:, but i was right in the mood and knew i was having a low point dinner!)

Breakfast - 8pts total

Cheerios (30g) - 3pts
Semi-Skimmed Milk (1/4pt) - 2pts

Smoothie (30g spinach, 1/2 banana, 1/2 pear, 1 dried date, 20g blueberries, 1tsp honey, 100ml OJ, 1" root ginger, ice) - 3pts
Rooibos tea - 0pts

Lunch - 18pts total

Burgen Soya & Linseed bread x2 - 6pts
Sainsburys BGTY Oak Smoked Bacon x3 - 6pts
President Emmental cheese 40g - 4pts
Lurpak Lighter SS butter 4g - 1pt

WW Black Cherry Yogurt - 1pt

Diet Irn-Bru 330ml - 0pts
Rooibos Tea - 0pts

Dinner - 2pts total

Split pea & ham home-made soup - 2pts


I have 9 points left & don't know what to have later. Might have toast & peanut butter or have a scoop of ice cream. Decisions Decisions!! :D
 
Yesterday was an ok day i guess. I slept in again and had college at 1pm till 4pm so my meals were a bit all over the place...same for today too. Oh well, here's yesterdays menu anyway..

Lunch - 6pts Had to get something at college, this was the healthiest thing i could find...
