    strawberries
    blueberries
    350mls skimmed milk(hexA)

    snack
    pilchards in tomatoe sauce
    2slices medium sliced bread:booboo:(6syns)
    flora light(1syn )

    LUNCH
    Jacket potatoe
    tuna &sweetcorn
    mayonaise x-light(2syns)
    honeydew melon
    orange

    SUPPER
    chicken drumsticks
    carrots
    potatoes
    parsnips
    options(2.5syns)
    2Scanbran (2syns)
    cheese spread low low(1tbs)???syn value

    it seem like am over eating!!!!!am i on the right track pple??

    Looks lush hun! i love fish in tomoto sauce, had that 2 days running now with a good cup of herbal tea, i find the twinnings blossom tea is brill its syn free and sweet enough not too take sugar or sweetner with it :)

    thanx stacie3006, i have tried to be dead good this week....hoping for better results tomorrow though its TOTM this week....yeah love the fish in tomatoe sauce....yum yum

    I hear on TOTM its that awful time for me too, i dread WI for that reason i always retain so much fluid like most women do!! Ive been so good for a full week im hoping the scales are kind to me for that!
