    Hello all,

I have been to the dentist today - and she asked me about my diet (as in what do I eat). I explained I was on a liquid diet - and she said I need to ensure tooth brushing and flossing are kept up as plaque will build up easier.

This is because the process of chewing removes some plaque naturally - but as we aren't doing that, plaque may build up quicker and therefore cause gum disease:(.

Just thought you might like to know !!

Have heard that before but it is good to remind people as gum disease once it takes hold is difficult to treat. Lots of flossin' and brushin' and mouthwashin'!!!!
