Is anyone else on TS experiencing really gurgly tummy - I have done Cambridge SS before and had nothing like this - can't stop trumping either! On day 3 - is this normal?

I imagine your body is getting used to the new regime. Stick with it will pass - as it were! Take care.

Thanks Lass321 I really do hope so! Bought the bumper pack as it's cheaper but not sure I can put up with this long term... I'm finding I'm much hungrier on this than on CD too - did anyone else find that and does it get easier?

I found Exante didn't really agree with me. My losses weren't that good and the bars upset my stomach too, even though I don't usually have tummy troubles with anything I eat.
I moved over to Cambridge and had no troubles at all.

Dont worry it'll settle. Hang in there for another day or so and it'll pass. Quite a few people have had upset tums for a day or so but nothing long term x

It's normal P - it's just your body adjusting to the packs and I was exactly the same until about day 5 I think. Just hang in there and it will pass in a few days. The losses will be rolling in soon! :)

It's normal and to be expected because you go from eating too much to a very low calorie diet. It passes.
