does it take much to knock you out of ketosis i hope i havent done that to myself

It doesn`t take much at all unfortunately.... B U T, don`t worry..... like I said draw a line under today. Learn from it, and bug the hell out of everyone if your feeling like you may crash!! They will keep you afloat hunni... L xx

It was a down hill spiral I have been cooking in work because my cook is on the sick and although I've been doing it all week yesterday I had spoonful of chilli then a rice crispy cake I did throw half away and then 2 slices of ham when I came in and then a mini muffin , I just couldn't stop :-( it was telling myself don't do it yet it felt like I was punishing myself by eating more !!!

Mert, Mert....temptation is so difficult to resist but PLEASE just nip it in the bud now and climb back on the horse with renewed vigour. Look at how well you've done so far! 18 whole pounds of lard gone off your a**!! Dust yourself off, vow to yourself that it WILL NOT happen again and march on hun!
We're all behind ya and will support u every step of the way xx

Thanks, just crept up on me yesterday and I allowed it too feel really down about it, I'm not weighing till Monday going to call in pharmacy later to see about sticks to see if I did to much damage

Start by smiling...even if you don't feel like it....plaster a big smile on your face and say "This time I'm GOING to do it! I wouldn't go getting the Ketostix hun as you'll only stay in bad form if you get a disappointing result. Just put it down to a few moments of weakness and carry on xx

Yeah, looking at that list and seeing quite a bit of protein. I would personally be surprised (based on my and friends experience) if that put you out of ketosis. Draw a line and, after all, tomorrow is another day!
