Hiya,

Just wondering what to eat just before a gym session that will give me more energy and not make me feel hungry when working out. I am starting to take Sida Cordafolia capsules, but no doubt there will be a good energy boosting snack!

What do you guys and girls have before a workout?

I usually have a banana (or alpen light bar) about an hour (ish) before.
But ideally (if morning) porridge a couple of hours before xxx

Also - for energy while there you could try the lucazade lights (lemon and line or
Berry) I think they are fifty or so cals, but energise and hydrate without the glucosey taste xxx

i usually have either a banana, clementine or an alpen light bar
