Gym workout help please!

I have been going to the gym for 2 months now but still need to loose 7 stone.
I've booked in for a program session so they can advise me on what to do but can't get in for 2 weeks!!
Is there anyone out there who could give me a gym plan I can follow till then?

Hi Lyndzi,

Have you thought about trying some classes? I really struggle to stay motivated in the gym but really enjoy classes - there's no chance to slack off and I've made some good friends too. Maybe find out what classes are available and see if you fancy any of them?
 
Definitely try some group classes if your gym offers them! The people that usually take them are all very friendly and helpful, especially to newcomers :) I also do tone it up's daily workouts. I don't get their dvds just do their online videos and follow along with their step by step workouts and saved them to my ibooks. Great for the gym
