    Off to spend an hour at the gym tomorrow and I'm so excited!

    It's only 3weeks post op but I feel I'm healed nicely and nearly fully healed.

    What sort of things should I not do? X

    Just take it esy love,listen to your body and don't over do it.I started the gym last week after a loooong time,did a step/tonning class and was in pain for a week.I have started the couch to 5k training today and I have to say,it feel great.
    Just take it easy.
