11st 6.2lbs after three preplanned days away. Should mostly be water. Wanted to weigh to keep an honest account but to be fair, I’m looking more at next week’s figure as that will tell me a lot more.
Happy that I went away and did as I pleased but even more happy that I stayed true to my promise to myself that I would get straight back on it. The first day is a little hard and a mental shift but I’m already back in the zone so I know it’s possible.
No more preplanned events until 23 June but I’ll see if I’ll bother going off plan or if I have a stronger desire to get to goal quicker. I’ve decided to stick to plan for a day out next week just because I need to learn some discipline and apply it
10st 10.8lbs after a planned weekend eating far too much. I hope to be 10st 2lbs by next Monday which would give me an average loss of 1.5lbs over the two weeks.
