Just thought I would confess I was making cupcakes yesterday for a fete and I ate 8 of them .. :cry: I have no idea why tho. Maybe old habit.

Disappointed with myself as I am only into my 4th week.

Hey ho - not going to eat any more syns for the rest of week and hopefully I will be ok.

Hiya hun. Dont worry about it too much. Draw a line under it and start again. I wouldnt cut your syns out all together this week though, just cut them down a little.

Dont worry hunny, i had a 5 course indian meal last night, along with a large glass of wine and a vodka, i'm doing just as Sarah said and drawing a line under it, and getting back on the wagon!!

I agree with the others Huni. The last thing you want to do is deprive yourself for the rest of the week, otherwise you are setting yourself up for a downfall.
We are all human and it happens to us all...dont panic!

It's only if you let it derail you it'll do any harm! An isolated incident won't do much harm. Don't starve yourself to make up for it, it doesn't work.
