I wouldn't worry, as long as you stick to the plan today I can't see it affecting you that much. You're still going to have a fabulous loss this week...I bet you. ;)

Put the slip up to one side and get back with it. You can do it, have a great day today to make yourself feel all positive again. x

HI,
It wont affect you at all, but beware as i started this and once i saw it didn`t affect weightloss i started having 2 bars, then i added some nuts and so on until i was doing full atkins again with no weightloss and still paying for cd.
your best trying to avoid going down that road.........
you will lose more if you just stick to cd on its own.

yeaa i agree with what the others said. dont dwell on it, and it probably wont affect your loss to be fair.

but it really is better not to get into the habit of it.. as before long it can spiral out of control. i know.. i have been there

i was always told that the first time is the golden time so if you can nail it now, that is your best option as SOMETIMES restarts can be even harder.
