From today
Im thinking
Shake at 9.25
snack at 12.30
shake at 3.30
dinner at 8.00
probably have a piece of fruit about 5.30 ish
I work 5-8 so just trying to work out the best way of doing it

i did really well the first week i did it lost 5lb then went well off track for a week so now on it. before i put the 5lb back on.

I don't think the slim fast plan is hard, it's keeping focused & positive that's the key, which is in my opinion the hardest thing, it does help if you have positive people around you to give support. X
Well done on your first week, draw a line under your week off and keep at it x
