    slim&save, tried everything in the past,failed expert on them all
    no thank god, my losses all seemed to be 5lbs, when this slowed to 3lb on week11 or so i was mortified lol

    It wouldn't kick me off the diet. You have to understand that sometimes your body just needs time to adjust and may hold on to some fat one week before dispelling it all before your next WI. Plenty of people here have had 1lb losses or STS whilst sticking to the diet and they've carried on regardless. I wouldn't be able to throw myself off the diet because for 1 week out of my 9 so far LT hadn't been magical. I'd certainly give it a few more weeks. If after those few weeks I continued to stay the same then I'd consider other options. xx

    I have had low loss weeks which have made me feel down but I wouldn't give up on the diet coz it has worked so well the rest of the time. As Gemma says, sometimes your body needs to catch up with the quick losses and often a low week is followed by a much better week.
