Don't beat yourself up about it too much i have my first weigh in tomorrow and slipped up big time yesterday so am soooo nervous of the outcome.

Just jump back on the wagon and don't look back :)

today is another day hun, forget you ate and carry on as you were, highly motivated and ready to be slim. i keep thinking its only 12 weeks from my life and then i will be slim xx

Hey hon .
Dont get upset!! You cant change things now and today is a new day.. If your upset though try not to indulge as it wont help you!!
Forget about this week and move on to the second week and try and stick to it and you will definatley lose hon ..
