There's things you have to adapt like where they use oil I use frylight & obviously the recipes with cheese are a no no but lots of them are great & tasty & easy to make x
Another example is ... I made an apple and blackberry cornflake crumble earlier, and instead of butter, I used Quark. I put the ingredients into MFP so that the calorie allowance was correct. There are things in there that wouldn't be ideal, but thats where we have to get the imagination flowing and see how it turns out! ;-)
