Half a pound from my five stone award! Help me shift it for Monday

Oooh, half a pound, half a pound. You seem so massive at the moment!

I've been tiptoeing around my five stone award for over a month now. Up and down from holiday abroad and Christmas.

I'm going to get this on Monday! Encouragement/tips/shared frustrations welcome...
