Puddings half syn swiss roll - I love it!

I found the recipe for the half syn swiss roll a few months ago and after a dodgy first attempt it's now a very important part of my diet!

I use one tub of quark, half in the egg yolk mixture, and the other half I add loads of fat free fromage frais to and miz with sweetner for the filling. This gives it a much more creamy effect and makes it much more cake like.
A friend of mine also adds a tablespoon of jam which she reckons is heavenly. I never buy jam but keep thinking I will try it.
My favourite filling is raspberries - does anyone else have any variations on it they would like to share? x
