Handy mug for shakes at work etc

I dont know if I have done the link right!! But if not copy and paste!! I found these on ebay great for your shakes etc if you havent got anything at work to make them with. Have ordered mine just waiting for it to arrive. Thought I would share after reading thread about taking shakes to work in a flask etc.

I bought one of those and it didnt mix properly at all. Could just be that mine was damaged but it still left loads of lumps in the shake.

Me too. My fiance and I got one each and they didn't really work very well.
The theory was good but they didn't really do what we thought they would.
