    I read somewhere that this burnt 600 calories! Is this true? Would it be too much to do this daily? How many times a week is recommended?

    What amount of calories does the 20 minute turbo jam burn?

    havent tried it but i dont see tyhe harm in doing it daily, i do body attack/combat daily and that burns a similar amount (up to 900 kcals) and its done me no harm
    by daily i mean 8 times a week

    its not a dvd, i do the classes in the gym :)

    i dont think the dvd's are avalible to the public, onl;y instructors unless you can find one on the internet...

    i bought this pre owned for £2.99 just for something to do over the time that gym was closed. its actually really good! :)
